So, as I have previously briefly spoken about, I was living in Chester at university when I fell pregnant. Meaning when I returned home I came back to my mums house and back to my little box bedroom, a room with absolutely no room for a cot or a baby. This meant I was left with only a matter of months left needing to get my own place. Esmae wasn't planned so I didn't have a lump of saving to fall back on in order to get my own place. I am eternally grateful for the services we have available in England (even though they can be very slow) to be able to turn to the council in situation's like this is a privilege I believe a number of people are not as grateful for as they should be.
